Delivery and returns

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Within Switzerland, the delivery time is 2 - 10 working days (max. 15 working days if the product is on backorder).

Other countries

Return

The buyer has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 days of delivery (from the date of delivery). The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and sealed in their original packaging. Once the protective film is removed from the packaging, the product is no longer considered to be in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to return any goods that we believe have been used or are not in their original condition and invoice the buyer for part or all of the value of the goods. If the buyer wishes to exercise their right of return, we must be contacted in advance.

The return address is in any case:

The costs and risks associated with a return are borne entirely by the buyer.
If the ordered goods have already been shipped, the buyer is obligated to accept them. The return shipment must then be properly processed as a return within 14 days, as mentioned above.
If an item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer the amount paid. We must inform the customer if the item has been replaced or if equivalent items are available. You can view the shipping costs we charge here .
