Especially helpful for learning : If you regularly use the scent while studying, you can later use it – for example, in an exam – as a so-called scent anchor . Your brain associates the smell with what you've learned – and recalling it becomes easier.

A gentle massage of the pulse points or temples can strengthen your attention, stimulate the senses and help you to get off to a motivated start.

Application:

Massage the balm onto your temples, wrists (pulse points), and in a circular motion into the center of your palms. Then deeply inhale the soothing scent through your hands.

It melts when heated; I recommend not carrying the tin in your trouser pocket.
Should the balm lose its consistency, simply place the fragrance in the refrigerator for a short time.
