Application:
Massage the balm onto your wrists (pulse points) and in a circular motion into the center of your palms. Then deeply inhale the soothing scent through your hands. In stressful situations, massage into your feet, pulse points, solar plexus, and temples.
Incidentally, essential oils are absorbed particularly well by the body through the soles of the feet, which is why they are also ideal as a foot massage balm.
Note and tips:
Children aged 6 and over
Avoid eye contact.
It melts when heated; I recommend not carrying the tin in your trouser pocket.
Should the balm lose its consistency, simply place the fragrance in the refrigerator for a short time.
