Dry and irritated skin: Sweet almond oil helps with dry skin that lacks moisture. Preferably apply to still damp skin after bathing or showering, so it can absorb faster, then gently massage in. Due to its soothing and calming effect, it is recommended for treating dry and irritated skin as well as alleviating itching from measles, chickenpox, and eczema.
Pregnancy: Sweet almond oil is especially known as a natural remedy for stretch marks. It can be applied daily to the belly, breasts, hips, and thighs starting from the 3rd month and throughout the entire breastfeeding period.
Hair: Due to its nourishing effect, sweet almond oil is also suitable for treating very dry, frizzy hair whose fibers have been damaged by sun exposure and sea salt. To give the hair smoothness, apply a pack to damp hair before washing and leave it on for about 20-30 minutes.
