Application:

Massage the balm onto your wrists (pulse area) and in circular motions into the center of your palms. Then deeply inhale the soothing scent through your hands. In stressful situations, massage into your feet, pulse area, solar plexus, and temples.

By the way: essential oils are particularly well absorbed by the body on the soles of the feet, making them ideal as a foot massage balm.
