This lovingly crafted balm helps you or your child to wind down in the evening and let go of the day. The calming blend of 100% pure essential oils has a balancing effect and promotes deep, restful sleep.
Application:
Simply massage a small amount into the soles of your feet in the evening. The essential oils will work through the skin and the fragrance – gently, naturally, and soothingly.
Why foot massage?
The soles of the feet are particularly receptive to essential oils and energetically represent grounding and letting go – ideal for the evening.
