You need:
- A bowl or foot bath with warm water (approx. 37–39 °C)
- 1 tbsp baking soda or sea salt (detoxifying & skin-nourishing)
- 5-10 drops of tea tree essential oil - for a pleasant scent and relaxation, you can also add 5-10 drops of lavender oil
- A towel & maybe some cozy socks
Here's how:
1. Fill your foot bath container with warm water.
2. Add the baking soda/salt and your essential oil – stir well.
3. Soak your feet in the bath for 15-20 minutes, breathe deeply and relax.
4. Then dry your feet and pamper them with a nourishing cream.
